Objective and Vision

The Academy seeks to build and enhance the Quality, Attitude, Skills and Knowledge of all the Judicial Officers of the State to the fullest possible extent, and to sensitise them regarding the needs and expectations of the society from them.

Vision of the Academy is enhancing Quality of adjudication based on the ten point National framework of Court Excellence suggested by the National Judicial Academy, developing and strengthening Court Planning and Management Systems and overall improvement of quality of adjudication with special emphasis on priority areas such as Protection of  Civil Liberties and Constitutional Rights, Social Justice, Gender Justice, Care and Protection of the Juveniles in conflict with Law, reduction of pending cases, and making the entire justice delivery system people-friendly.
