Main Induction Courses

Induction Courses are the Flag-ship Courses for newly recruited Officers in various grades who are to be inducted into the Judicial process, Judicial culture and the Judicial Service. These are for fairly longer duration of 6 months (3 MONTHS ENCAMPED) Training followed by two months Court Training and one month for higher final touch for the directly recruited District Judges, and 12 months for the Officers of the Junior service including Court Training.

                Orientation Courses

Orientation Courses are needed for those whose job specification has a change and that has to be conducted post ante to placement of change in specific job specification like FT.

Orientation Courses are job specific Higher Training for shorter time compromising of One to Two weeks .

The second type of Orientation Courses are specialized Courses for shorter duration of 3 to 5 days focusing specific areas of dispute resolution such as Business & Commercial Transactions, Intellectual Property, Biodiversity protection, protection of agriculture and agricultural marketing, Insolvency proceedings, Forensic Science etc.

Refresher Courses

Refresher Courses are short duration courses for One to Two weeks on specific issues of Civil and  Criminal justice, Probation and Parole, Arbitration etc.

The time is also devoted to dialogue and critical review of court procedure followed.

Often Legislature passes new legislations which require additional knowledge enhancement for Senior level Judicial Officers and District Judges; Based on the time assessment required, shorter courses are designed.
