The concept of Presentations and inputs for the benefit of fellow Trainees by the participants themselves was introduced from the First Phase of Induction Training for District Judge (Entry Level) Officers and also for Civil Judge (Junior Division) .  It has become a regular feature and some of the best Presentations made by the Trainees themselves are archived in the Academy for benefit of new-comers.  These Presentations in many cases themselves provide quality Resource materials for imparting Training to subsequent Batches.
